We recommend extending your visit by at least one day to really sit with all that you’ve gained from the experience. There are numerous Airbnbs locally, and the area’s proximity to the sea and a nature reserve make it an ideal setting to start the integration process.

We want to offer an exclusive and intimate retreat atmosphere, which is why our groups are limited to 11 people per retreat. This way you have enough space for yourself and your processes and at the same time opportunities to be inspired in the workshops and the sharing in the group.

There is a ratio of 1 guide to 3 participants, which ensures sufficient security.

Regulations for tourism businesses and events of fewer than 500 people were dropped in The Netherlands on February 15th, 2022.

Yes. As we limit the number of participants to 11, each participant can have their own single room.

The venue will provide bed linen and towels. We invite you to bring reusable bottles instead of disposable bottles. It is important that you bring comfortable clothing and your swimwear for the sauna if desired. Please also bring your own eye mask to the retreat.

We are currently unable to offer therapy in a non-clinical setting such as a retreat format. However, we offer a tailored integration program and a safe space held by our trained team of experienced guides and psychotherapists. There is the possibility of therapeutic support for integration afterwards.

Your therapist should be informed about your decision to work with psilocybin truffles.
If your therapist is not familiar with the research on the effects of psilocybin, you can refer them to our Resources pages. Many therapists who were initially sceptical about psilocybin are now convinced of its benefits for their patients.

It is important that your application reflects your current condition as well as any medication you may be taking. Some may have contraindications and we need to ensure that we can work together safely before, during and after the retreat. Further details will be clarified in your medical history discussion.

We cannot accept people who suffer or have suffered from epileptic seizures, psychosis, severe depression, suicidal thoughts, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder or schizophrenia. For your safety and ours (including that of the other participants), we strongly recommend that you follow these instructions. If you are unsure about your own condition, please detail everything in your initial call with us, so that we have a greater chance of assessing your participation safely and correctly.

We fully respect your privacy and will always treat your data as strictly confidential and will never pass it on to third parties.

Although many participants very often report joyful experiences, strong, challenging emotions can also be part of it. It is important to always keep in mind that these emotions are temporary and part of the experience. Often experiencing a difficult passage in a safely held space can be very meaningful and helpful and lead to important healing.

The recommended dosage is 1 to 1.5 packs (between 22g and 33g) to ensure safety and consistent results. This is about 20-35mg of the active ingredient psilocybin. This will depend on your medical history, body weight, personality type and previous experience with psychedelics. Ultimately, you will determine the amount together with your guide. We expect you to respect and trust our dosage recommendations, as your safety is our top priority.

Psilocybin is a serotonin analogue that acts mainly on the 5HT2A receptors of the brain, which are believed to play a role in mediating cognitive flexibility and creative thinking, particularly in times of extreme stress.

The psychedelic experience is the result of this chemical interaction with the serotonin system. It is non-toxic and you cannot become physically addicted to it.

We also offer private retreats for individuals or small groups. In this case, please let us know your wishes via the contact form and we will discuss everything further.

Yes. For each retreat participant we offer a preparation session before the retreat and an integration session after the retreat.

It is also possible to book additional sessions with one of our guides or our integration therapist for an additional fee.
